Herb Kessner, PhD.

Herb is a Principal Organization Development Consultant, Executive Coach and master facilitator with a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology and a Masters in Engineering. He has extensive experience in conducting organizational, cultural and professional change management, business development and M&A projects and workshops for F100 and medium size clients in the U.S. and worldwide. 

Herb is a certified GE WorkOut and CAP for Six Sigma consultant and facilitator. He is an Organizational Psychologist who works with both structure & systems, business process, business development and sales and the human side of change and improvement. Herb has served as adjunct professor of leadership in the Executive MBA program at Sonoma State University, Dominican University and the University of San Francisco.

Tom Gehrig, M.F.A.

Creative Director Tom Gehrig, who counts two ADDYs, an International Summit Award and a SF Cable Car Award among his accolades, is a creative problem solver with a firm grounding in marketing. Adept at implementing high profile communications programs that include strategic brand development, advertising and brand identity. Industry experience spans technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer/retail and non-profit. 

Tom oversees competitive landscape analysis, development of positioning strategies & messaging, along with the creation of brand development recommendations stemming from the Brand RoadMap process. Client experience includes: Bogle Vineyards, Genworth, American Century Brokerage, E*Trade, Sybase/SAP, Autodesk, Antolini of Verona Italy and the Foundation for California Community Colleges. In addition, Tom teaches Branding, Graphic Design, Entrepreneurship and Creativity In Business at the Fashion Institute of Design in Los Angeles, as well as the University of California, Berkeley Extension.

Ginny Kuhel

As an HR professional with over 2 decades of experience, I specialize in working with small business owners, with 1 -50 employees who do not have a designated HR professional on-site. To be in compliant with the plethora of California labor laws can be a daunting task for business owners, who do not have the time or resources to understand or manage all the legal aspects of the laws. I manage all the business’ Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment, labor law compliance, orientation procedures/requirement, training and development, safety procedures, termination requirements, mediation and conflict resolution. As the business’s on-site HR professional, employers and employees have weekly access to a person who can handle their needs and concerns.

Roger has consulted with clients at all organizational levels, leveraging the creative application of needs-based marketing research and actionable recommendations to inform low risk, high reward business decision-making—from helping launch highly successful startups and products (e.g. Financial Times of London Pharma New Product Launch of the Year Finalist) to uncovering key brand and customer service strengths and weaknesses for competitive advantage. Roger is an honors graduate with an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Don McCrea, Ph.D.

For over 25 years, Don has helped individuals and their businesses achieve phenomenal, enduring success. He’s worked with businesses of all sizes in a variety of capacities—business strategist; management, marketing, and sales consultant; sales, marketing, and systems development manager; intrapreneur (in-house entrepreneur); and systems designer; custom education solutions consultant; and educator.

Don holds a Ph.D. in Executive Management from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University and an M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Michigan. His AB degree in Mathematics is from Humboldt State University. He is a member of the Association for Practical and Professional Ethics and the Association for Transpersonal Psychology.
